Trade Union is the workers organization, where they can elect their representative for bargaining and negotiation regarding ILO convention 87 and 98 and also to ensure decent work at the factory level. As a workers’ rights organization from the very beginning KN has taken different initiatives to increase the capacity of the leader and members of Trade Union through the project intervention. KN helps the TU leaders to establish TU in factory level basically the RMG sector. KN Sensitizes workers especially the women workers to Participate in TU and campaigning to increase women participation in every sphere of Trade Union including decision making body.
