Research (Formal Sector): Karmojibi Nari has conducted different researches regarding the formal and informal sector workers. For formal sector the researches are namely:
- Conducting a Research on the Value Chain Analysis of Seafood Processing Industry; December, 2021; funded by DGB BW.
- Conducting Feminist Participatory Action Research on “Women’s labour rights in the Special Economic Zones”; 2021 to 2022; funded by Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD).
- Conducted a Research on Workers’ Rights in Bangladesh’s Care Economy: Decent Work and Deficits for Personal Care and Non-Clinical Healthcare Workers; October 2021; funded by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES).
- Conducted a Study on the Impact of COVID-19 on the Workers and Suppliers in Seafood Processing Industry; March, 2021; funded by DGB BW.
- Conducted a research on the `Impact of COVID 19 on Women Garment Workers in Bangladesh’, 2020; Funded by Fair Fear Foundation (FWF).
- Conducted a research to prepare an Annual Watch Report on Labor Law Implementation in RMG Sector in Bangladesh; 2020; funded by CARE Bangladesh.
- Research on Corona Pandemic: Socio-cultural, Economic and political survival of women workers in Bangladesh; 2020; funded by, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES).
- Study on The conditions of women and young workers in the Seafood Processing Industries in India and Bangladesh; October 2019; funded by DGB Bildungswert.
- Research to Monitor the Working Condition of Women Employed in Ready-Made Garment Industries of Bangladesh; 2019; Funded by International Women’s Rights Action Watch Asia Pacific (IWRAW AP).
- Safe and Fair Migration from the Perspective of Women Migrant Garments Workers (WMGW) in Bangladesh; 2019; it was a Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR) Funded by Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW).
- Finding the way towards gender equality and providing an overview of the development of trade unions (Policy Review on the women workers ground); 2018; Funded by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES).
- State of Rights Implementation of Women Ready-Made Garment Workers (Watch Report I & II); 2017 and 2018; funded by European Union and Austrian Development Cooperation with support from CARE Bangladesh.
- Socio-economic Condition of Agricultural Workers in Bangladesh; 2010 funded by Karmojibi Nari.
- Investment Liberalization, EPZ and Woman-Workers of Bangladesh; 2007; funded by Committee for Asian Women (CAW).

- Briefing Paper on Workers Income Security and Minimum Wage in Bangladesh in the Era of Globalisation; 2005; prepared through collaboration between the Karmojibi Nari and the Unnayan Onneshan/The Innovators.

- Fire in RMG: Responsibilities towards National Interest (পোশাক শিল্প কারখানায় অগ্নি দুর্ঘটনা: জাতীয় স্বার্থ রক্ষায় করণীয়; funded by the British Council, Dhaka.

– KN has huge publications like Book, booklet Newsletter, Magazine, Poster, Sticker, leaflet and there are many videos in KN’s archive. Two important booklets are:
- Stories of women agricultural workers: Leadership and representation
- Migrant Women Worker: Stories of Success and Stories of Deception.’ published in 2007 funded by ILO
